Ημιορεινός οικισμός (υψόμ. 250 μ., 141 κάτ.) στην πρώην επαρχία Ελασσόνος του νομού Λαρίσης. Βρίσκεται στο βορειοδυτικό τμήμα του νομού, 55 χλμ. ΒΔ της πόλης της Λάρισας. Υπάγεται διοικητικά στον δήμο Ποταμιάς.
